Please contact the seller directly for any questions after your order has been placed regarding shipping, tracking, and returns. Contact information for the seller can be located on your Order or Shipping Confirmation email, in your Order History online, or by using our Order Status tool.
Be sure to read the Shipping and Return Policy located on the product page as the Shipping time frame and available methods may vary from Free People’s typical methods.
Items will ship directly to you from the seller and normally ship out within 48 hours after the order has been placed.
To track your order, simply locate the tracking information which can be found on your Shipping Confirmation email, in your Order History online, or use our Order Status tool.
Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
When you place your order, your form of payment will be authorized (not charged). This authorization ensures the funds for the order are available while your order prepares to ship. Once your order has shipped, your form of payment will be charged. If your order is cancelled for any reason, the authorization will automatically be removed in 5-7 business days. The exact timeframe for removal is determined by your card's issuing bank.
Returns must be made directly to the seller. . If your item is eligible for return, a pre-paid return label will be included in all packages and should be used to return your item. We do not offer exchanges at this time, however please return the item and place a new order for a different size or color.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a Return Confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
